Covid-19 Update: Installations Continue, Showrooms Closed
Ahead of the lockdown restrictions that come into effect on the 5th November, we would like to update our customers to let you know that we are able to operate safely and in line with all regulations.
As of 5th November, our showrooms in Norwich and Cambridge will be closed to the public. Phone lines remain operational, and the usual contact details remain in place.
Where possible, installations and design appointments will continue to go ahead. Following Government regulations and guidance from Public Health England, as well as feedback from customers throughout the year, we are able to safely carry out installations in the majority of instances. We are taking all recommended health and safety precautions, social distancing measures and providing all staff with relevant PPE, and ask customers to aid us in providing our installation teams with safe spaces.
Customers are asked to alert us in the first instance should any member of their household be shielding, isolating, be experiencing any symptoms or have a positive case of Covid-19 so that we can reschedule until a suitable time.
Our workshop team continues to operate safely, with social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place. Although we are increasingly finding challenges, we are confident that the majority of our supply chains will not be adversely affected, and will notify any customers should the lockdown restrictions impact the availability of any materials or parts required for their installation.
Our first priority is our staff and customers' health and wellbeing, and as such these details continue to be evaluated and updated with feedback, Government advice and guidance from local authorities.
