General enquiries

Yes, we offer free design consultations for all customers.

We currently ask that customers pay a 50% deposit, with the balance paid on completion.

Don’t pay the balance and we will send the installation team back to rectify the issue. Only when we have a successful installation will we ask you for the balance.

Most items come with a 10-year warranty.

The majority of our furniture is pre made in our factory with many parts being oversized to allow us to cut & shape the products to the contours of your room

Yes, we have done this numerous times! We will need additional parts, as the furniture is individually made and shaped to fit perfectly to the room it currently sits in.

Not always, but we can offer options to blend or complement your existing furniture. It also depends on the age of the furniture and changing fashion.

They offer full use of space, from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. They make use of all available space!

Yes, but please be aware that as fashions and trends change over time, it may not always be possible to perfectly match new features – especially if several years have passed - but we’ll always do our best!

Not necessarily. It will however allow you to ask for the maximum price within the price range of your type of home in your area. Fitted furniture will enhance your home and make it more attractive to purchase over the neighbours.

Yes, this constitutes 50% of our business.

We currently have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. The lead time reflects how busy we are and how many customers are already in the manufacturing queue ahead of your potential order. Sliding wardrobes can be manufactured within 3-4 weeks!

Sliding wardrobes

The doors don’t open into the room so ideal for tight spaces between the wardrobe and the bed. Also, personal preference and fashion. Sliding wardrobes are also a little cheaper than hinged door wardrobes.

In most cases, yes as they have an anti-jump mechanism on the wheels. So long as you keep the tracks clean the doors will stay in the tracks.

A home office is a multifunctional area in your home. Not only do they facilitate your day-to-day work, they also incorporate your own filing and day-to-day planning. They also function as a library and display unit for trophies, hobbies and family phots.

The multimedia unit will be custom built with your current devices as a size reference. Allowing some redundancy, that is, building the multimedia unit slightly larger than you currently require, will mean you can upgrade to a larger television and it should still fit.

We purchase our materials from companies with environmentally sound practices.

Wires are hidden behind the units and false walls/backing.

Our company cannot legally touch electrics, so yes, you will need an electrician.
