"Dear Sirs,

As you will know from your records Jason came yesterday (16th instant) and installed my two wardrobes plus the cupboard/seat which you built in accordance with my requirements. The movable shelves fit exactly, and the smoothness of the sliding doors is almost unbelievable.  There is simply no friction.  The slightest push, with a little finger and they glide noiselessly! All of the 3 rooms involved now look far more attractive. If I read this in an advert I would assume that it was an exaggeration. But it is true. 

Similarly, I can say the same about the quality of the installation. Jason turned up on time, worked considerately, tidily and with great precision. The contacts round skirting boards at floor level, and with curved coving at ceiling level are spot on. When he had finished he vacuumed up carefully.

I am sorry that I have not been successful in expressing my satisfaction on Trust Pilot, Facebook or Google. I am a novice computist. However, I am pleased to authorise you to do it on my behalf if these three organisations don't preclude it with their security requirements. I don't mind my name being mentioned and I know that you would use your discretion about my address.

It is also only right to mention that the reason I chose Mirror Image, rather than one of your competitors, was not only based on financial considerations. Whilst your offer was cheaper, I was also impressed by the enthusiasm of the young lady who carried out the survey, or whatever you call it, at my home. I felt that I was in trustworthy hands. Additionally, I was pleased that you catered for my little quirky things. For example, you re-upholstered my piano stool to match the cupboard/seat which you supplied. Your competitor only offered to supply extra material so that I could (hopefully) find someone else to do it.
